Artwork and Copyright

All photographs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Lisa Mark unless otherwise stated. Images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, sold, distributed, or used in any way without written permission.

Print and Product Sales

Prints and products are produced through professional print partners and fulfilled after an order is placed. Because each order is custom printed, all sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including image selection, size, crop, finish, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will work with the print lab or fulfilment partner to review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Shipping

Shipping times, costs, tracking, and delivery options may vary based on location, product type, and fulfilment partner. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Digital and Website Accuracy

We do our best to present images, colours, crops, and product details accurately. However, colours may vary between screens and printed products. Minor differences in tone, crop, or finish may occur depending on print size and product type.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided as-is. Lisa Mark Photography is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, third-party platform issues, shipping delays, customs delays, or indirect damages related to use of this site or purchase of products.
